To make this site as user friendly as possible we
have developed two helpful components, the menu which is to your
left and icons to let you know where you are in the
site.
The menu: The menu to the left is a dynamic
menu that can be found on most of the pages within this site. Simply
move your mouse pointer over the topic of interest and watch as a
submenu of topics appears, when you find a topic you want to visit
just move you mouse pointer over that topic till it is highlighted
then click your mouse.
This menu will move with you as you scroll down on pages and can be dragged
anywhere on the page you wish.
